The Universal Laws: How Many Are There and What Are Their Differences?

There are many discussions around the Universal Laws: What are they? How many are there? What do they mean? How do they work? Well, I am going to bring some clarity to this right now.

There are 7 main Laws. All other laws are sub-laws and fall under each of the 7 main laws. Some people will separate them out as a stand-alone law, but I think that you will find if you can thoroughly understand the 7 main laws you will see how all other subsidiary laws fall under and must be tied to one or more of these main laws in order to work.

Ok, here we go.

The First Law is The Law of Perpetual Transmutation.

This is, actually my FAVORITE law!! You must be very clear that everything is energy: nothing rests, everything is in a constant state of motion (even Mount Everest or the Rock of Gibraltar). And…thought energy is the most powerful form of energy. So, the Law of Perpetual Transmutation states that whatever energy you hold in your mind will come into physical form. It must! This is the Law. So, the images you hold in your mind most often materialize in results in your life. On the most basic level this means that you can have the things you want in life, be the person you want to be, when you pay attention to those thoughts. This is very exciting news if you are living with a high level of awareness. But, on the flip side, it also means that if you are unaware, your negative thoughts will also transmute into physical form. This is the energy that you perpetuate to the world around you.

The Second Law is the Law of Relativity.

This law is great and will save you so much anxiety if you truly understand its meaning and how to apply it in your life. The Law of Relativity states that nothing is good or bad, big or small…until you RELATE it to something. So, if you think that your life is not very good, think about how far you have come, or find someone that may not have as much as you. See yourself in the perfect place to grow and that there is great opportunity ahead, instead of seeing yourself as not there yet, as not having attained your goal, or as not being where you want to be.

The next Law is The Law of Vibration.

This is often mistaken for the Law of Attraction which is actually a subsidiary law to this one. This law states that everything vibrates, nothing rests. Conscious awareness of vibration is called feeling. Your thoughts control your paradigms and your vibration. When you are not feeling good, become aware of what you are thinking, then think of something pleasant. So feeling is the secret. This changes the physical vibration in your body. Your vibrational level will attract to you other things or thoughts that are on the same vibrational level – the Law of Attraction.

The Law of Polarity

This is a good one! Everything has an opposite: Hot – Cold…Up – Down…Good – Bad… So if you are constantly seeing the “bad” in things, people or situations, think of the “good” – the opposite. It is there, you just may have a bad habit of seeing the bad. This law is precise and absolute (as are all the other laws) so if you think there is no good in a particular situation, you are mistaken, there is always good that relates to every bad – it is the Law. And as long as you feel that way you will be trapped in a negative vibration and will attract like energy to you.

The Fifth Law is The Law of Rhythm.

The tide goes out…night follows day…good times – bad times. When you are on a downswing, do not feel bad. Know the swing will change and things will get better. There are good times coming – think of them. When your life is in a downswing this often gives you the time and opportunity to evaluate and refocus on what you can do to reach your goal. This “downtime” if used properly, will sometimes catapult you up over the top toward your goal. It is an amazing law once you become aware of the power within.

The Sixth Law is the Law of Cause and Effect.

This law is often referred to as “the law of laws” and is one that I refer to a lot in my coaching. I like to explain it this way: Look at the results in your life. Are they the results that you want? Do you have the material things that you desire? Are your relationships with your family and friends and co-workers deep, meaningful, fulfilling, and exciting? Are you at peace and feel whole in your spirit? Are you getting exactly what you really want? For every cause (action) there is an effect (results). So, if you are not getting what you want then you can know for certain that you CAN get what you want simply by changing the cause. Learning how to apply this law will guarantee your success.

The last of the Seven Laws is The Law of Gender.

I like to call it “the Law of Gestation”. Every seed has a gestation or incubation period. Ideas are spiritual seeds and will move into form or physical results. Your goals will manifest when the time is right. Know that they will. Once you embrace this Law you will start to gather evidence that your goal IS moving into physical form. This posture will trigger the law of attraction.

In Conclusion:

Every Universal Law is at work all the time, whether you realize it or not. Most people live lives that reflect their low level of awareness and spend most of their time paying attention to everyone else and everything else around them instead of paying attention to themselves, their thoughts and the power that they possess. So, living in a state of high level awareness will help in using the Natural Laws in your favor instead of them being used against you.
